Personal Data We Process
The following data is collected through the quote form on our website:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact details: email address, phone number
- Professional information: the company you work for (optional)
- Request details: program type, dates, number of people and any message you send
If you consent to cookies, we also process online identifiers (cookie ID, IP address, browser and device information) together with records of clicks on our ads, quote form submissions and clicks on our phone, WhatsApp or email links.
Purposes of Processing
- Preparing a quote in line with your request
- Informing you about availability and contacting you
- Carrying out the reservation process
- Measuring the effect of our advertising, if you consent
- Meeting our legal obligations
Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2(c) of the Law, as it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, under Article 5/2(ç) for compliance with legal obligations, and under Article 5/2(f) on the basis of legitimate interest. For processing outside this scope your explicit consent is obtained; cookies used for advertising measurement are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
How We Collect It
Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on our website, and through the relevant channel if you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers to the extent needed to deliver the service. If you consent to cookies, your online identifiers are shared with Google for advertising measurement. Because the servers of our email and advertising providers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Turkey. It may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. Apart from this it is not shared with third parties, sold or assigned.
Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the end of the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
How to Apply
You can send requests about your rights, together with information identifying you, to the email address above or by post to our address. Your request is answered within thirty days at the latest.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved to your browser when you visit a website. Two kinds of cookies and similar technologies are used on our site:
- Essential:needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice; no consent is required.
- Advertising measurement (Google Ads):measures whether visitors arriving from our Google ads send the quote form or click our phone, WhatsApp or email links.
