Board Meetings
The meeting room is reserved for your team only, and there are no individual guests on the property. It suits agendas that call for confidentiality.
Training and Development Programs
In-house training, leadership programs and onboarding. Both studios can be set up for training layouts, and the grounds are open for practical exercises.
Team Gatherings
Department offsites, end-of-year gatherings and team-building work. The garden, the fire pit and the shared dining areas keep the team together outside the meeting room as well.

About 35–40 minutes from the European side via the North Marmara Motorway and the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, depending on traffic. 57 km from central Istanbul and 25 km from central Beykoz. Free parking is available for guests.
Equipment
A high-resolution projector, a sound system that covers the whole room, a flip chart and uninterrupted high-speed internet. Standard in both studios.
Accommodation
Twenty garden-level rooms with a view of the grounds. Twin or single occupancy, up to 40 people. The rooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Will there be other guests on the property?
Seshane does not accept individual guests; only program groups stay on the property. For most programs the whole property is given to a single group. On the rare dates when two groups are hosted at once, each group works in its own studio.
What group sizes can you host?
Up to 40 people for programs with overnight stay and up to 100 for day meetings. For smaller groups, please get in touch.
How long does it take from the city center?
About 35–40 minutes from the European side, depending on traffic. 57 km from central Istanbul and 25 km from central Beykoz. We do not provide transport; groups arrive in their own vehicles or with a shuttle they hire.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests.
Can sessions be held outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor sessions, workshops and group activities can be held across the 10,000 m² grounds. The fire pit and the gazebos are used for these programs.
How does pricing work?
Prices are per person and depend on twin or single room occupancy. Once you send your dates and group size, we prepare a quote for you.
